The jefftidball.com Manifesto
When I re-designed jefftidball.com in the late summer and early fall, one of the things I intended to do was revise the jefftidball.com manifesto. As a document, the manifesto originated with the prior jefftidball.com re-design (which occurred in winter 2000, if I remember correctly). It explained the genius of the various design choices reflected in the appearance, functionality, and content of jefftidball.com. With a revision of my genius, I reasoned, a revision of the manifesto was obviously called for.
As time passes, it becomes clear that I will not get around to revising the old manifesto front-to-back in one sitting. That realized, my new-and-improved intention is to create a new manifesto one bite-sized chunk at a time, recording individual nuggets of genius as time and inspiration strike, interspersed with all the other whatever-else I throw up here in the weeks and months to come.
