Just so folks know, you can set your "start time" to any hour of the day, so if you don't check your email until you get home at night, you can have your "day" start at 7:00 p.m. or whatever. One's turns time out after five hours (iirc) so you want to pick a time where you'll be likely to check your email every few hours or so. This feature lets those of us with wacky schedules still participate.
