Q: Is there any type of meat product that is not commercially distributed in a meatless version, made of tofu?

I particularly appreciate that it's made with organic tofu, because, by golly, if you're going to go to the trouble to make up a meatless sloppy joe, you're probably going to want it organic and on a multi-grain organic bun with pickles made using organic brine with sea salt...

The curse of signage is thus: I saw *something* at the airport in Columbus that made Sloppy Jofu come back into my head and got me laughing like an idiot, but I can't remember what. All I can remember is the Sloppy Jofu. And the screaming.

Funny how Sloppy Jofu is somewhat clever, but if it were simply honestly called Sloppy Tofu it would be very bad. Even worse.
