Today Stacey and I ran

Today Stacey and I ran a 10K race in Griffith Park, which was a benefit for the L.A. Philharmonic's youth program. A 10K race is at once not very far and a long way to run. I am pleased to have one of those numbers that you pin to your shirt. I was number 712.
