Today began the eighth week

Today began the eighth week of the thirteen week running program. This week is five minute intervals of running followed by one minute intervals of walking. Today, that was repeated ten times for an hour of constant motion. With the exception of the last interval, today didn't feel too bad, overall.

It's time to start looking for a 10K to run in five weeks when we finish the program.
