There's something hideously compelling about GourMayo. It demands my attention. Not the product itself; the Chipotle Chile GourMayo I've been having on lunchtime turkey and avocado sandwiches this week is an adequate condiment at best. But even so, I've become obsessed with the product. GourMayo. It's so ballsy, gripping, and horrifying all at once, its essence clearly forged in the saccarine fires of the test market.
