Supermagnus

Yesterday morning, I dropped an e-mail to David Hanauer, proprietor of Supermagnus Software, creator of the Word Counter widget that I mentioned in my L.A. Confidential 25WoL a while ago. I thought it'd be nice to pass along a nice word, since it's made the process of polishing 25-word-or-less reviews a bit less tedious.

Anyway, in my e-mail, I also made a minor suggestion for a future improvement (to add a clear button), if he was planning additional development for Word Counter. That night, I checked my e-mail to discover a beta version of an improved version with just such a change! That's service!
