Required Reading Categorized
I've been meaning to do this for a while; I've created a new place for Required Reading links over there in the sidebar. These will be links to particular pieces of writing such as news articles, pieces of commentary, or individual blog posts. It has always seemed inelegant to post these sorts of things to the Shitfilter, which I've always thought of as more of a compendium of "here's a cool site / clever toy / consistently good blog."
Required Reading links will always be posted with short summaries so you'll be able to gauge your interest before following the link. It's not that some required readings are more required than others, it's just one more service we provide.
Those of you reading by syndication ought to see Required Reading, labeled by category, inline with the rest of the jefftidball.com feed.
