"Release the Need to be Right"
A kottke.org posting from October presents guidelines for focusing on learning. Kottke's observations at the end are spot-on, in my opinion, and describe exactly why I've become so uncomfortable with Michael Moore even though my knee-jerk reaction is almost always to agree with him.
