Redesign Thoughts
I've been thinking about redesigning jefftidball.com for a few months. The collection of sites I read pretty much every day has expanded hugely in recent weeks, and as I see more and more inventive content and design ideas elsewhere, it makes me want to shine things up around here. The problem is, the more mental energy I sink into considering jefftidball.com renovations, the less time I spend on other important stuff I should be working on. Namely, the scripts. In fact, I probably ought to put this whole blog on hiatus until I get some serious development done on the ice fishing horror project.
Speaking of the scripts, it looks like I've found an agent. Which is to say, the general meeting with him/them yesterday went very well, and unless they were completely blowing smoke about how well they liked Gravity (and I'm not sure why they would), it's more or less a done deal. More info in coming days.
Speaking of coming days, I'll be at GenCon SoCal on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday next week. If you're going to be there, we should get together and chat. Among other things, I'll be showing the Untitled Hollywood Card Game Project to Fantasy Flight Games, so keep your fingers crossed on that front.
Speaking of card game projects, the Mythos 500 project is going to go forward at Atlas Games, with playtesting likely to finish up by the end of December.
And, finally, speaking of card game projects, I should really be working on other things. Namely, the scripts.
