Moderately Doomed
Between a combination of procrastination, late-arriving resource material, and other projects, I've managed to get a late start on The Fire Within, which is what they're calling the Fireborn adventure I'm writing. As of today, I am moderately doomed with regard to the July 1st deadline.
I say "moderately doomed" because while I probably won't miss the deadline (I still have never missed a freelance writing deadline, actually), it's not going to be a very pleasant two weeks (including evenings and weekends). That is to say, it feels like doom, but it probably isn't really. Because of this moderate doom, however, posting here will probably be spotty for a bit.
In other news, the treatment I wrote for Valhalla, which is for a film based on The Magdalena comic from Top Cow, is going out to directors, studios, and others this weekend. Keep your fingers crossed.
