It had its moments, but mostly they were annoying ones. This might have found better expression as a series of SNL skits. Grade: C+

Aggh!! Haggis! This movie had Jason Schwartzman cursing up a storm and Marky Mark decrying our dependence upon petroleum. Those two facts alone grant this movie a patented "Free Pass."
