I am victorious! I have
I am victorious! I have finally finished the final development phase of The Two Tower Sourecbook, the last of the three LotR RPG manuscripts I inherited when I showed up at Decipher in November. Now I'm on to my own books, the first of which is the Helm's Deep Sourcebook, for which I alone may be blamed or lauded. Along with the authors, of course.
Another recent milestone includes (finally) finishing the first draft of Gravity, my sci-fi script. This week I'll be cleaning some things up in the draft, and then on Friday it will be off to Charlie, my manager, for his always insightful comments. I'm horribly embarassed that it took me so long to finish this draft, and hope that the coming waves of revision will be speedy.
Mac OS X is a brilliant little piece of software, it turns out. I'm still in the process of organizing all of the files I dumped from my old computer onto the new one, but learning about this new (to me) operating system in the process is a joy.
Today I bought two packets of beef jerkey, which I owe to Dave Wheeler and Peter Hentges. The other half of my obligation to Dave consists of a rally monkey. Does anyone out there know where I can get a rally monkey?
