Huzzah! The Munchkin Master's Screen Lives!
Waiting for me when I arrived at the office today were my complimentary copies of Steve Jackson Games' Munchkin Master's Screen, to which I contributed the scenario "The Village of Omelet: A Space Odyssey." It's always nice to see one's writing typeset and published, and the others parts of the packageóthe screen itself and the Munchkin Cardboard Heroesówere entirely entertaining.
I had never done any work for Steve Jackson Games before this project, and I must say that the experience was entirely pleasurable. I got both installments of my paycheck on time (the second was a bit early, actually), the only contract change I requested was granted without hassle, and Andrew Hackard was a joy to work with. Although I don't do a lot of game writing these days, I would definately like to work with those folks again.
Buy your copy of the Munchkin Master's Screen direct from Warehouse 23, or from your friendly local gaming store. Thou shalt not be sorry.
