Home is Where the Dog Is
For a few days, we were homeless. Not that we were living on the streets, but we had sold our Los Angeles house and not yet closed on our new house. As of yesterday, though, we're Minnesotans again.
For those of you who're interested in logistics, we're in Minnesota through Christmas, returning to California from December 28 until January 5th or so to pack things and ship them out, and then driving and/or flying to the Midwest for all permanent-like.
(Abby did very well on her big flight, by the way. It actually went much more smoothly than I had imagined it could, after we finally got her into her kennel and handed over to the airline.)
