Hackers in 25 Words or Less

You suspect the giggle-worthy reverence for circa–'95 tech is what's turning you off, but slowly realize it's this, too: the story's not good. Grade: D

This movie still occupies a special place in my heart. (Not just because it was the first time I saw Angelina Jolie. And her breast.) It's possible that I continue to like Johnny Lee Miller simply because of his role in this movie. Plus, I've never quite shaken the opening title sequence, with the plane and the circuits and the Orbital and all that.

To be clear, though, the movie is not so much with the good.

I can't believe that movie came out in 1995, though. It makes me nostalgic for a period around 1991-92, when I was BBSing more than I was talking to people's faces.
