Celtx

Celtx appears to be an open-source software suite for film pre-production, including an (again, apparently) full-featured script editor comparable to Final Draft. Anybody out there used this or heard anything about it? If it performs reliably as advertised, it would be a great option for people who want to try to write a script, but aren't sure they want to shell out for Final Draft or what-have-you.

I use it, cheapskate that I am. It won't allow you to turn off scene numbering and stores the files unintuitively, but otherwise does the trick in a barebones kind of way.

Although those do sound like annoying "features," I suppose that's also one of the strong points of the project being open source — if it bugs someone that much, they can agitate for change, or change it themselves.
