48
This weekend, I was part of the Fantasy Flight team that entered The 48 Hour Film Project, Minneapolis edition. Which is to say, I wrote the script and then went home, having other things that needed my attention for the rest of the weekend. But since I didn't get home until 5:00am on Saturday morning, I feel like I did a full shift, if not my fair share.
(Those of you scratching your heads may want to read an explanation of the 48 Hour Film Project.)
Our randomly drawn genre was science-fiction, and the other mandatory elements were a character named Jill or Jason Meyers, who is a veternatian; a portable music player; and the line of dialog, "They will get them if we let them."
Our film was (hopefully) turned in a few hours ago. I haven't seen it yet. I imagine they will all be online eventually, and I'll post a link if so. But for the time being I present, for your reading pleasure, the script for "The Last Cat."
Does the finished short bear any resemblance to the script? Your guess, at this point, is as good as mine. As you read, go easy. Remember that this thing was written in about four hours, from concept to "THE END."

Eerie, I liked it. You will of course post a link to the moooovie?
Yay!! Just read the script and it kicked the Serling out of me. Do you have a link to the finished product yet? And congrats on 10 years!
It's not online yet, but I'll keep hassling them...
